Product Description

Passion Pulp (Puree). The product is derived from sound passion fruit that have been ripened to possess a fully developed flavor. The fruits are washed, disintegrated, pulped and strained through a stainless steel finisher utilizing 0.***-inch screen or smaller. The finished pulp is deaerated, sterilized, cooled and filled aseptically. At no instance in the process has the product been allowed to come in contact with iron or copper surfaces, or treated in any way with preservatives. All processes are in accordance with good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions.
